You can pay your water or sewer bill in person at the Village Municipal Office at 80 Jemez Springs Plaza during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM. Payments are accepted by check, cash, or money order. If you have questions about your bill, call (575) 232-2300.
Residential trash pickup is weekly. Recycling is collected on alternating weeks. Check with the Municipal Office for your specific pickup schedule and to request a bin. Bulk item pickup can be arranged by calling (575) 232-2300.
Call the Municipal Office at (575) 232-2300 to report potholes, damaged roads, or streetlight outages within the Village limits. For state highway issues along NM-4 or NM-485, contact the New Mexico Department of Transportation directly.
Open burning is regulated by the Village and subject to seasonal fire restrictions. Burn permits can be requested through the Municipal Office. During high fire danger periods, all open burning may be prohibited. Always check current conditions before lighting any outdoor fire.
To reserve a Village park pavilion or community facility, contact the Municipal Office at (575) 232-2300. Reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis and a small fee may apply depending on the space and type of event.
